Our Story
What originated as a college thesis, Sorbetina established itself in 2016. Albeit a relatively small scale project, the sorbetes company was funded by a local bakery here in Manila. Sorbetina products were sold in the aforementioned bakery. This was the beginning of something great!
Supremo—formally known as Sorbetina—thus imprinted its footing on April 1, 2019. We began producing ice cream in 30 Don Benito’s branches; and by November 2019, we spread nationwide with 160+ Don Benito’s stores which supported and sold Supremo ice cream.
Supremo not only aims to utilize kamoteng kahoy—one of the Philippine’s natural resources—but we prioritize honing the diversity in Filipino culture, as we aspire to provide Filipinos with joy through quality, supreme ice cream."
